KHELOSPORTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 By accessing, using, or creating a profile on KheloSports.vip and its associated digital properties (collectively “Platform”), you accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and other platform guidelines (collectively “Agreements”). Continued use indicates your acceptance of these terms.
1.2 We encourage careful review of these Agreements. If you cannot accept these terms, please discontinue Platform use immediately.
1.3 We may modify these terms to comply with legal requirements or enhance user experience. The current version will always be available on our Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
1.4 Terms “you,” “your,” “user,” or “member” refer to anyone accessing Platform services or maintaining an account.
1.5 References to “Competition Events” include sporting activities and contests available through the Platform. KheloSports maintains sole discretion regarding event availability.
2. User Profile
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
2.1.1 “Profile” denotes your registered Platform account. Registration confirms you meet minimum age requirements (18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction) and have verified service legality in your region. Minors are strictly prohibited from Platform use.
2.1.2 Service is unavailable to residents of restricted territories including Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Curacao, France, Iran, Iraq, Netherlands, Saba, Spain, St Maarten, Statia, USA and dependencies, and United Kingdom. KheloSports may restrict access from additional regions at its discretion.
2.2 Profile Registration
2.2.1 Profile registration is required for Competition Event participation and account funding.
2.2.2 You must maintain accurate current information including contact details, username, and security credentials.
2.2.3 Legal name accuracy is mandatory. Corrections require customer support verification for legitimate errors.
2.2.4 You are responsible for credential security. KheloSports assumes no liability for unauthorized access resulting from credential compromise.
2.2.5 Current/former service providers, affiliates, and their relatives are prohibited from registration. Violations may result in profile termination and forfeiture of accrued benefits.
2.2.6 Profiles, accrued benefits, funds, and privileges are non-transferable under any circumstances.
2.3 Profile Management
2.3.1 Report compromised credentials or unauthorized activity immediately.
2.3.2 KheloSports may invalidate transactions involving suspected manipulation, technical faults, or fraudulent conduct.
2.3.3 Profiles may be suspended or terminated, with related accounts potentially restricted.
2.3.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for enhanced profile security.
2.4 User Commitments
Through registration, you affirm that:
You meet all age requirements
Participation is for personal engagement
You assume responsibility for your conduct
All provided information is truthful and accurate
All funds originate from legitimate sources
You acknowledge Competition Events involve potential financial risk
You will not participate in fraudulent activities or platform manipulation
You will only use personally owned payment methods
Platform software will be used lawfully and personally
You will maintain respectful interactions with all users and representatives
3. Account Limitations
3.1 Single profile registration per individual is permitted.
3.2 One profile per residential address, network connection, or device is allowed. Multiple profiles require advance declaration.
3.3 Duplicate profiles may be terminated with associated transactions and incentives voided.
4. Settlement Processing
4.1 Credits are applied following event conclusion and market resolution.
4.2 Erroneously credited amounts remain Platform property and must be returned.
4.3 Identity verification may be required for fund processing to ensure security compliance.
5. Account Funding
5.1 Funding methods are limited to approved electronic channels. Physical currency instruments are not accepted.
5.2 Foreign currency transactions are converted at current market rates.
5.3 Identity verification may be required for funding activities. Unverified profiles may be terminated.
5.4 No credit facilities are offered for Platform use.
5.5 All funds must be properly authorized. Third-party funding is prohibited and may result in fund forfeiture.
5.6 Funds must undergo full platform utilization before processing.
6. Fund Processing
6.1 Identity verification is required before fund processing.
6.2 Processing limits and timing may vary by jurisdiction and method.
6.3 Incentive-marked funds require full utilization before processing.
6.4 KheloSports may suspend processing during security reviews.
6.5 Standard processing limits are €10,000 per 24 hours and €50,000 per 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
7. Profile Termination
7.1 Users may request profile closure and fund processing at any time.
7.2 KheloSports reserves profile termination rights and may deduct applicable charges.
7.3 Unused incentives may expire after 30 days.
7.4 Policy violations may result in suspension and benefit forfeiture.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data handling follows our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
9. Security Violations
9.1 KheloSports may restrict profiles involved in suspicious activities.
9.2 Policy violations may result in fund and benefit forfeiture.
9.3 Location concealment attempts may lead to profile suspension and legal action.
10. Communication Channels
10.1 Chat features are monitored for community engagement.
10.2 Inappropriate or commercial communications are prohibited.
10.3 Violations may result in feature suspension or profile termination.
11. Technical Operations
11.1 KheloSports assumes no liability for technical interruptions or errors.
11.2 System failures may result in transaction cancellation or refund at our discretion.
12. Rights Management
12.1 KheloSports may assign rights and responsibilities under these terms. Users may not transfer their rights or obligations.
13. Dispute Resolution

16.2 Incentive misuse may result in profile suspension and fund loss.
16.3 Incentive-related credits require full utilization before processing.
16.4 Complimentary feature credits are typically designated as incentive funds subject to utilization requirements.
